When you register for our waitlist or create an account, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
5 Service Description
ASF Dating provides:
- Waitlist Registration: Early access registration for our upcoming dating application
- Matchmaking Services: Connecting individuals seeking meaningful relationships (upon full launch)
- Communication Tools: Messaging and interaction features between matched users
- Profile Services: Creation and management of dating profiles
No Guarantees
While we strive to help you find meaningful connections, ASF Dating does not guarantee:
- A specific number of matches or connections
- The quality or compatibility of potential matches
- That you will find a partner or relationship
- The accuracy of information provided by other users
6 Safety Guidelines
Your safety is important to us. We strongly recommend:

- Never share financial information (bank details, credit cards, etc.) with matches
- Meet in public places for initial in-person meetings
- Inform friends or family about your plans when meeting someone new
- Trust your instincts – if something feels wrong, report it immediately
- Do not send money to anyone you meet on the platform
- Video call first before meeting in person when possible
- Report suspicious behavior to our support team
ASF Dating is not responsible for the actions of users off our platform. Exercise caution and good judgment in all interactions.

All content, features, and functionality of ASF Dating, including but not limited to:
- Website design, graphics, and user interface
- Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
- Software, algorithms, and technology
- Text, images, and multimedia content

8 Disclaimers & Limitations
ASF Dating services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9 Termination
